These terms cover the Vidzilla Chrome extension and this website (together, "Vidzilla"). By installing or using Vidzilla, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Personal use

Vidzilla is a tool for saving, for your own personal use, video and audio that your browser already plays. Don't use it to redistribute, sell or publicly share content you don't have the rights to.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you save and what you do with it. Only save content you have the right to keep: your own videos, content its owner allows you to download, or content you may otherwise lawfully copy. Respect copyright and the terms of each site you use Vidzilla on; some sites don't allow downloading at all.

Protected content

Vidzilla does not save video protected by DRM and does not try to get around DRM, paywalls, sign-ins or other access controls. Don't use it, or try to modify it, to do so.

Free, with no account

Vidzilla is free. There's no account, subscription or payment. We may change, pause or stop Vidzilla, or any feature of it, at any time.

Privacy

What Vidzilla reads and keeps is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

No warranty

Vidzilla is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will work on every site, that it will be error-free, or that saved files will be complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Vidzilla. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use Vidzilla, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Using Vidzilla after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to support@followusai.com.
